Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (posts, captions, stories, reels, carousels)
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Help manage and grow CAS social media accounts
Support basic digital marketing efforts (email content, website updates, light analytics)
Research trends, hashtags, and best practices
Help maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice
Check-in/marketing strategy meetings 1-2 times a week
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with TikTok and Instagram
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Social media strategy & content creation
Copywriting and brand voice development
Digital marketing fundamentals
Time management and organization
Professional communication
Creative problem-solving
Preferred
Sense of humor
Emotional intelligence
Interest in marketing, communications, human resources, psychology, business, or design
