Responsibilities
Architectural Strategy & Design: Define the high-level roadmap and structural components for complex software systems. Balance theoretical best practices with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Enterprise Integration: Develop comprehensive strategies to harmonize disparate software components, legacy systems, third-party services, and modern cloud platforms
Innovation & Technology Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging tech trends. Drive organizational innovation by evaluating and championing the adoption of new tools and platforms
Business Systems Integration: Align architectural decisions with core business functions including ERP, HRIS, and Enterprise Reporting. Special emphasis is placed on optimizing PMS and RCM systems
Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous architectural principles, coding standards, and SDLC best practices. Ensure all systems meet strict security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and developers, fostering their growth in both technical skill and architectural thinking
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in software design patterns, microservices, API design, and distributed systems
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-stakes technical decision-making at an enterprise level
10+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture
Significant experience in enterprise-level cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory
Deep familiarity with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks, with a practical approach to aligning IT with business processes
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (required)
