Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Splunk and Grafana
Lead incident troubleshooting and management, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
Support and maintain Linux-based systems in production environments
Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and improve reliability
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on AWS Cloud
Automate workflows and job scheduling using Control-M
Implement best practices for SRE, DevOps, monitoring, alerting, and automation
Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Splunk and Grafana
Solid Linux administration skills
Proven expertise in Incident Management & Troubleshooting
Good understanding of Application Architecture
Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services
Experience with Control-M scheduling and automation
