They are seeking a Renewals & Customer Experience Specialist to lead the renewal lifecycle for Google Workspace, develop automated workflows, and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Renewal Lifecycle: Act as the primary point of contact for renewals (specifically focusing on Google Workspace). You’ll proactively engage customers, translate complex vendor policies into business-friendly advice, and identify upsell opportunities using data analytics
Architect Smart Processes: Develop and standardize workflows for special pricing, discount approvals, and Statements of Work (SOW). Your goal is to maximize "zero-touch" automation using AI for document generation and machine learning for predictive pricing
Risk & Data Intelligence: Implement AI-based risk scoring to flag non-standard contract terms and use AI to extract customer insights from feedback at scale
Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project Management to ensure our operations are cohesive, compliant, and customer-centric
Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate our operational lifecycle to identify where AI can eliminate manual tasks and improve our forecasting accuracy
Operational Support: Provide high-level backup to our L1 support team when needed, ensuring our service standards never drop

Required

Google Workspace Experience: A solid track record in Google Workspace renewals and licensing. You should be comfortable navigating Google's vendor policies and explaining licensing limitations and options to diverse clients
An AI-First Mindset: You have a strong interest and experience with implementing AI into your day-to-day work
Analytical Skills: Ability to use analyse data for forecasting, identifying risks, and uncovering growth opportunities
Communication in CZ and EN: Fluency in English and Czech is essential. You can explain complex licensing structures to a customer just as easily as you can document technical specifications for an automation tool
Autonomy & Ownership: You are resilient, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details
Stakeholder Management: You're a bridge-builder who can navigate different department needs while keeping the customer's success at the center of every decision
Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where you are expected to find a better way to do things rather than just following the status quo
