Total Comfort is a leading name in Heating and Cooling in the Twin Cities, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting customers with appointment bookings, promoting services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls efficiently while empathizing with customers’ urgent HVAC needs
Schedule appointments in our CRM and provide accurate information about our services and programs
Make outbound calls to meet and exceed company targets in sales in service appointments
Follow established scripts to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Communicate with customers across various platforms to address their needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting (HVAC experience is a plus!)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and adapt in high-pressure situations
Strong customer service orientation and phone etiquette
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, along with strong typing abilities
