Responsibilities
Manage team multiple sub-teams and individual team members, with a total headcount in the 10 to 20 range
Work with the product team on product roadmaps and help prioritize technical work
Guide the technical architecture for software that drives a large fault-tolerant quantum computer
Work with other managers and leads across the Quantum AI software team on implementing features for the quantum product
Work across Google Cloud Platform and Quantum software platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of software development experience or 7 years with an advanced degree
5 years of experience with C++
3 years of experience with Rust
1 year of experience with Python
Preferred
Experience working with highly technical customers or researchers
Experience building quantum computing platforms
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Google production platforms and tools
Experience with management
Experience as team lead of a user facing products
