Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, setting a clear short- and long-term vision aligned to business objectives, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics
Own full P&L responsibility for driving topline growth, margin optimization, pricing strategy, and portfolio mix in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Operations
Shape and lead the portfolio and innovation pipeline, partnering with Innovation and Customer Marketing to deliver new product launches, renovation, and SKU rationalization
Oversee integrated marketing activation across digital, social, PR, shopper, and trade channels, ensuring strong brand equity, consistency, and commercial impact across all touchpoints
Act as the voice of the consumer by leveraging syndicated data, consumer research, and analytics to inform strategy, guide decisions, and optimize brand performance
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Innovation, Design, Customer Marketing, Healthcare, Sales, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver brand and financial objectives in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Brand Marketing at the Brand Manager level
Proven track record in full P&L ownership and managing marketing budgets and investment strategies
Ability to evolve and position brands in line with changing consumer needs and cultural trends
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a focus on setting strategic direction and delivering results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; skilled in data analysis using Nielsen, POS data, and consumer research; thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
