Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship materials while ensuring accurate documentation, ERP updates, and compliance with cGMP, ISO, and carrier requirements
Coordinate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, and Customer Service

Qualification

Inventory controlERP experienceShipping/receiving experienceBasic computer skillsAttention to detailTeam-oriented

Required

0–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred (Oracle is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
Dependable, team-oriented, good work ethic
Comfortable with documentation and compliance-driven environments
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Heavy lifting required (up to ~50–75 lbs)
Frequent work in refrigerator/freezer environments (up to 15 minutes at a time)
Use of hand trucks/pallet movers
PPE required (safety shoes, lab coat, gloves, safety glasses)
Overtime may be required during peak periods and inventories

Preferred

Inventory control, inbound/outbound shipping experience
ERP experience preferred (Oracle is a plus)
