Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update high-volume product, order, and customer records into CRM/ERP and e-commerce platforms daily
Validate and reconcile data discrepancies across systems (inventory, orders, returns) to ensure data integrity and timely resolution
Prepare, clean, and import/export CSV files and spreadsheets for bulk updates and system integrations
Generate routine data reports and audits to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement
Follow documented SOPs and data governance policies to protect customer information and maintain compliance
Collaborate with operations, merchandising, and customer service teams to support accurate product listings and order fulfillment
