Responsibilities
Working closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole
Utilising tools such as search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify passive candidates
Helping talent partners review inbound applications and schedule the interviews
Staying abreast of tech trends and news to be our competitive intelligence authority
Tracking metrics and pipeline activity, preparing reports, and marketing insights decks
Providing reports for talent partners and business teams, and using this data to iterate and make improvements constantly
Managing regular sourcing campaigns that work
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Engineering/ Product/ Marketing recruitment/ Sourcing
Tech-savvy, Data-driven mindset
Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
A good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes
A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, open-source communities, and conferences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, be resourceful, and be self-motivated
Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse)
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Job posting
Great team player with a positive attitude
