Responsibilities
Support property evaluation, acquisition, and due diligence processes
Assist with drafting letters of intent, contracts, and related documentation
Help prepare preliminary budgets, timelines, and development schedules
Coordinate with architects, engineers, appraisers, and other consultants
Assist with financial underwriting and market analysis
Support housing tax credit applications and compliance reporting
Help manage construction draws and funding requests
Prepare materials for public presentations and stakeholder meetings
Maintain project documentation and reporting deadlines
Provide administrative support to development and asset management teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams (Access/Project a plus)
Understanding of real estate and financial principles
