Merchandise Planner - Space Planning
Responsibilities
Lock and reflow store spaces or departments using established playbooks
Manage store-specific adjacency space allocation and execution
Review store map layouts within the company’s internal systems to:
Identify categories assigned to each space
Reflow or adjust layouts based on provided playbooks
Ensure high-quality output while meeting established timelines
Collaborate with internal team members to resolve unique or non-standard layout scenarios
In limited cases, make space-related decisions using store sales data
Read and interpret visual intent documentation (creation not required)
Execute work against a defined weekly volume of stores
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Merchandising Planning & Execution
Project & Timeline Management
Strategic Translation & Stakeholder Communication
Experience with large scale reflow or reset initiatives
Advanced Data & Analytical Skills
Retail Systems & Tools familiarity
