Responsibilities
Operate in a changing environment, eager to explore and deliver high-quality design while collaborating with cross-functional partners from early-stage concept development through iteration and execution
Adapt comfortable to a less rigid, adaptable product development process, building early-stage products, gathering user insights, and continuously exploring, pivoting, learning, and iterating
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, and rapid prototypes that effectively communicate key ideas, user journeys, and decision points using your hybrid skillset
Build consumer products with creativity and passion, exploring AI-first interactions and unique user experiences to showcase multimodal capabilities and drive user adoption of Google AI
Demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, familiarity with native mobile design systems and development, and leverage insights from UX research to inform design output
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product design or UX
Experience with prompting generative AI models and creating generative media with images and video
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in product design or UX
4 years of experience leading design projects
3 years of experience working with executive leaders
Experience with functional prototyping skills including vibe coding to be able to test functional ideas before committing engineering resources
Experience with hybrid visual and interaction design skills to design end-to-end experiences
