Conducting property showings
Managing client relationships
Guiding clients through the real estate process
Providing exemplary customer service

Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Mandarin, and German, etc, to effectively communicate with diverse client groups
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property evaluation, and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently, with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using real estate management systems and marketing tools
Active real estate license in the state of Florida
Enthusiasm for luxury real estate and a commitment to a high level of professionalism
Preferred
Experience in a real estate role or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
