Lead end-to-end modernization of legacy applications into Java/React cloud-based architectures

Experience in defining system architecture, frameworks, components, and technology standards

Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and guiding execution delivery

Experience in enforcing coding standards, design patterns, and conducting architectural code reviews

Experience in diagnosing complex system issues, performance tuning, and scalability optimization

Experience with producing and maintaining architectural diagrams and technical documentation

Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to align delivery outcomes
