Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed Primavera P6 schedules for T&D and substation projects
Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project activities
Perform critical path, float, and schedule impact analysis to support on-time execution
Track project progress against baseline schedules and identify risks or delays early
Prepare weekly/monthly schedule updates, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
Ensure schedules comply with utility standards, regulatory timelines, and internal processes
Support recovery planning and mitigation strategies when schedule changes occur
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience in the electric utility industry
Strong knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation project lifecycles
Experience supporting EPC or utility capital improvement programs
Skilled in schedule logic development, progress measurement, and resource loading
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination abilities
