Responsibilities
Translate complex business needs and user research insights into wireframes, high fidelity Interactive prototypes and production ready assets
Translate company branding into visually compelling, storytelling digital experiences
Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites, apps, and other digital platforms
Leverage, and contribute to design systems to create native experiences across web and mobile
Assist in framing research goals and objectives
Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs, pain points and motivations
Ability to identify key patterns and trends from user interviews, feedback and data
Synthesize and present research outputs through thematic insights, user journeys, workflows and similar artifacts
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, design, marketing/comms, branding and development teams to integrate findings into projects
Adaptability to work in diverse team environments and respond to changing project needs
