Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and create, review, and submit purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain quotes, confirm lead times, track order status, and resolve delivery or invoicing issues
Maintain and update vendor records, pricing lists, and purchase documentation to ensure contract compliance and accurate supplier information
Support invoice reconciliation and liaise with Accounts Payable to validate PO‑to‑invoice matching, identify discrepancies, and expedite payments
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to trigger replenishment actions and minimize stockouts for critical components
Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives: streamline procurement workflows, improve data accuracy, and support ad-hoc sourcing projects
