The Operations Account Management Intern will support the Account Management team through process improvement initiatives, data analytics, and client account management activities, gaining hands-on experience in operational strategy and client service.

Responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies within current workflows and recommend solutions to optimize operations
Support documentation and implementation of new processes and best practices
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and account-related data to uncover trends and opportunities
Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained
Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and status updates
Contribute to special projects aligned with business priorities, including automation, reporting enhancements, and customer experience improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
