Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, policy, and claims data into company databases and CRM platforms following established data-entry standards
Verify source documents, perform data validation and reconciliation, and correct discrepancies to maintain high data quality
Process high-volume data tasks on schedule while meeting daily accuracy and productivity targets for remote teams
Use Excel/Google Sheets for routine data manipulation, formatting, and transfers; prepare simple exports and uploads as required
Operate OCR and data-capture tools to convert scanned documents into structured records; review and correct automated captures
Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies; escalate data issues and suggest process improvements to reduce errors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or office administration in a high-volume environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tasks and basic formulas
Familiarity with CRM software and routine data validation techniques
Typing speed and accuracy consistent with data-entry expectations (ability to meet role-specific WPM targets)
Ability to work remotely in the United States with reliable internet and a distraction-managed workspace
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Experience using OCR/data-capture software such as ABBYY FineReader or similar tools
