Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, etc.) to generate new business opportunities
Craft compelling and personalized outreach sequences (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations and articulate Thrivemodal's value proposition
Make 80+ outbound calls daily to prospects with the goal of setting a meeting to discuss Thrivemodal further with an Account Executive
Successfully schedule qualified meetings and introductions for our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover and robust sales pipeline
Play a pivotal role in developing, refining, and implementing best practices and processes for the Sales Development function. Your insights will directly influence our team's future strategies and efficiency
Gather valuable market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform our product and sales strategies
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all activities and prospect information within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
Actively contribute ideas and suggestions on how Thrivemodal can continuously improve its sales development strategies and market penetration
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, articulate complex ideas clearly, and handle objections effectively. Experience cold calling is a major plus
Leadership Acumen: A clear demonstration of leadership potential, including proactive problem-solving, taking initiative, a willingness to mentor (even informally), and the ability to influence and inspire
Results-Oriented: A strong, unwavering drive for achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Detail-Oriented & Organized: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of activities efficiently
Proactive Learner: Eagerness to learn about our industry, product, and sales methodologies, and a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
Coachability: Open to receiving constructive feedback and committed to applying it to continuously improve performance and leadership capabilities

Preferred
1-2 years of experience in a B2B or enterprise sales role (SDR/BDR preferred)
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, even informal (e.g., team lead, project manager, mentor)
