Responsibilities
Builds and executes a partner enablement content strategy (what, when, how, cadence, approvals)
Writes and delivers clear, high-quality enablement content tied to product launches and GTM updates
Acts as the bridge between Product and Enablement, turning product changes into actionable partner materials
Owns SOPs, content libraries, and learning formats (webinars, guides, micro-learning)
Manages multiple workstreams with strong project management, tight timelines, and shifting priorities
Collaborates daily with Product, Marketing, Creative, Enablement, and vendors
Measures success via on-time delivery and content performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
8 years of experience in content strategy, copy writing, education, or enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for multiple channels
Experience developing and delivering written and direct training for client facing teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work products
5–8+ years in content strategy, enablement, or marketing
Excellent writing and content strategy skills
Strong project management; thrives under pressure
Preferred
Visual/graphic content experience or agency management
Familiarity with FAANG products
Translation/localization experience
