Business Program Manager - ROI & Delivery

The Business Program Manager - ROI & Delivery will lead structured discovery to define business problems and drive upfront ROI and business case development to ensure economic justification for initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead structured discovery to define business problems, process ownership, baseline economics, success metrics, and risks before solutioning or investment decisions
Drive upfront ROI and business case development, translating complex challenges into clear financial and operating models
Define ROI thresholds, payback expectations, and go/redesign/stop decisions, ensuring initiatives proceed only with validated economic justification
Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies to eliminate waste before automation or AI adoption
Advise on AI, automation, and SaaS investments with a focus on measurable business impact, avoiding unnecessary complexity or low-return initiatives
Build and validate bottom-up effort, cost, capacity, and scale models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Shape and govern client transformation portfolios around high-ROI initiatives, sequencing work to maximize value realization
Establish and monitor ROI-driven KPIs and dashboards to track realized value through execution
Course-correct initiatives that deviate from expected economics to protect client outcomes
Identify and drive client expansion opportunities by scaling proven ROI use cases across additional processes, functions, and business units
Use delivered results to support data-backed expansion and long-term transformation roadmaps
Partner with client business, finance, IT, and operations leaders to align funding decisions, priorities, and accountability
Confidently challenge assumptions and prioritize long-term client value and sustainable expansion
Qualification
Required
Strong Experience in client-facing roles such as Program Manager, Client Partner, Management Consultant, Engagement Lead, or Strategic Advisor
Demonstrated experience owning ROI, value realization, and economic outcomes for AI, automation, SaaS, or digital transformation initiatives
Proven ability to lead upfront discovery, business case development, and go / no-go investment decisions
Strong expertise in business process analysis and optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience building bottom-up financial, effort, cost, and capacity models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Experience advising enterprise clients on AI, automation, and SaaS investments with a focus on measurable business impact
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using data-driven insights
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
