Responsibilities
Represent commercial clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of high‑value commercial properties
Negotiate and draft commercial leases, including retail, office, and industrial leasing
Handle financing and refinancing matters, including reviewing and negotiating loan documents
Support joint venture, development, and related agreements
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with third‑party vendors and counterparties
Manage transactions from initial intake through closing
Work directly with partners and clients in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar
Approximately 3–10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience with retail leasing and high‑value commercial deals
