Qualification
Required
3+ years experience writing logic for Health Information Systems
3+ years experience with XML transformations
3+ years experience troubleshooting HL7 coding
3+ years hands-on experience with Orion Rhapsody
3+ years experience in JavaScript
Experience with ELR or eCR public health reporting
Knowledge of standard vocabularies: SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10
Strong communication skills with both healthcare and IT teams
Preferred
State or public health project experience
Experience working with CDC or public health data systems
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards
