They are seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant to work independently on projects, manage client relationships, and teach clients BI best practices to ensure their success with the product.

Responsibilities
Work independently on smaller projects
Interact with members of cross-functional teams
Identify issues and risks and report to the Project Manager with suggested direction
Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time
Teach clients BI and data best practices to ensure long-term success with the product
Create dashboards and metrics that align with the client’s business goals and needs
Manage client relationships and expectations by resolving issues, answering questions, training on new products and features, and setting upfront expectations of projects
Qualification
Required
Deep desire to help clients as they utilize BI (sometimes for the first time!)
Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time
Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations
Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
Ability to think analytically, evaluate, and solve complex and unique client problems
Ability to learn new technologies: Grow, SQL, Salesforce, Shopify, etc
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts
Ability to travel occasionally
Preferred
3+ years applicable experience with BI visualization tools/data analysis
2+ years consulting experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Deep knowledge of BI best practices
Previous customer facing experience
Knowledge of Epicor ERP Software or similar ERP software
Advanced SQL
API Connections (Hubspot, Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.)
Salesforce / Financial Force
Marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
