Responsibilities
Work with the program team to ensure a streamlined procurement process of materials against program requirements
Maintain reports and monitor material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences
Coordinate forecasts, workload, expediting, and acquisition priority with commodity/category team leadership
Engage in supply chain (supplier to manufacturing) to determine optimal acquisition strategy
Complete special projects with multi-functional teams
Manage production and delivery schedules
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under tough time constraints
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables, charts, v-lookups, and/or bar charts
U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
Ability to work out of our Reston, VA office location
