Research, identify, and target emerging OEMs with strong growth potential
Build early-stage relationships across procurement, engineering, and supply chain functions
Actively pursue smaller OE and aftermarket opportunities
Develop account plans and customer strategies
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and business cases
Manage a disciplined pipeline within CRM systems
Collaborate with business development leadership to ensure smaller wins align with broader commercial objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OE and aftermarket sales opportunities
Proven track record of securing new business with automotive OEMs, including emerging or non-traditional manufacturers
Experience developing account strategies, business plans, and go-to-market approaches for new customers
Strong ability to build relationships across procurement, engineering, and supply chain organizations
Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities using CRM tools
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams to support new business wins
Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement and industry events
