Responsibilities
The Import/Export Analyst supports global supply chain by ensuring compliant, timely, and cost-effective movement of products across international borders
This role partners closely with logistics, customs brokers, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders to maintain adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations while supporting uninterrupted product flow
Manage import and export activities in compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, and global trade regulations
Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
Ensure accurate tariff classification (HTS), country of origin determination, and valuation
Qualification
Required
The Import/Export Analyst supports global supply chain by ensuring compliant, timely, and cost-effective movement of products across international borders
This role partners closely with logistics, customs brokers, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders to maintain adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations while supporting uninterrupted product flow
Manage import and export activities in compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, and global trade regulations
Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
Ensure accurate tariff classification (HTS), country of origin determination, and valuation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems
Preferred
SAP Preferred
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
