Senior Level, Lead/StaffRIIM is seeking a Payments Architect with strong knowledge in payments processing. The role involves defining the end-to-end architecture for Developer Experience platform capabilities and providing technical leadership across various engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Wires channel in payments processing, ACH, FedWire, and RTP file formats
Candidate should have very strong domain knowledge of Wires
Define the end-to-end architecture for Developer Experience platform capabilities (SDKs, templates, portal, DevSecOps workflows)
Establish “golden paths” for service delivery: scaffolding standards, repo/bootstrap patterns, and platform guardrails
Own technical standards for GitOps patterns, environment promotion, and versioned platform assets (templates/Helm/SDKs)
Drive cross-cutting non-functional requirements: security-by-default, observability-by-default, and testability-by-default
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend/framework, DevOps, security, and QA engineers
Partner with stakeholders to build and execute a roadmap that reduces developer toil and improves delivery velocity
