Responsibilities
Understand complex supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations
Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to design business processes leveraging Kinaxis capabilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Kinaxis solutions
Design, build, configure, and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse applications
Lead implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer
Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation
Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot application issues
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions
Proven experience managing Kinaxis implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience (overall experience: 6–8 years)
Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification – Level 1 or above
Experience in developing and maintaining technical and functional documentation
Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise – hands-on configuration, customization, and solution design
End-to-end Kinaxis implementation experience – requirements, build, testing, deployment, and support
Strong supply chain planning knowledge – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification (Level 1 or above)
Stakeholder management & communication skills – working with business users, architects, and project teams
Preferred
Exposure to advanced Kinaxis modules and integrations
Experience working in global or multi-country supply chain environments
Knowledge of data integration, ETL, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
