Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting user interviews to gather insights and validate product hypotheses
Document and synthesize user feedback to inform product decisions
Support the creation of user stories and personas
Help maintain and update product documentation, including feature specifications and internal knowledge bases
Support the preparation of materials for product reviews and roadmap updates
Assist in the initial scoping and definition of new features and product enhancements
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure clear communication of product requirements
Provide operational support to the Product team on various tasks and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, design, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent ability to analyze information and identify key takeaways
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing tools such as Asana, Notion, and Slack to coordinate live and asynchronously with the team
Preferred
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus
