Responsibilities
Collect and document business and technical requirements for IT projects and enhancements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly
Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Use data insights to support decision-making and forecasting
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Support audit and documentation efforts
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, Business Analysis, or similar roles
3-5 years in the Healthcare industry, preferably Payer experience
Experience creating process documents, requirements, and user stories
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication
Team-oriented mindset with initiative for continuous learning
Must be able to clearly communicate technical details to non-technical users
