Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter (SDR)
Ridge IT Corporation is a leading MSSP specializing in cyber threat protection and prevention. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to conduct business-to-business sales, focusing on cold calling and qualifying leads to expand their sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Cold call to Identify new leads and expand the existing sales pipeline
Conduct initial meetings with the objective of qualifying leads into opportunities
Hand off opportunities to specialists with key information required to progress through closing
Update the CRM with all required information
Learn and achieve base sales certifications in software solutions as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years as an SDR in a cold calling environment or sales experience accompanied by a college degree
Proven track record in building a sales pipeline
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize a workload
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong drive towards quality, efficiency, problem solving, and timeliness
Sales: 2 years (Required)
Cold Calling: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Tampa, FL 33609: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Strong cold calling skills with the capability to set appointments that lead to low cancel rates
Active listening
Conceptual understanding of technology and SaaS solutions
Experience organizing and updating CRM systems
Negotiation skills and/or certifications
Specific experience working as an SDR with a SaaS provider
Certifications in any SaaS technology
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
