Responsibilities

Leads development of application strategies and develop application roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives
Conducts complex technical support activities to deliver on business outcomes, including helping troubleshooting complex issues to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution
Partners with multi-functional teams, key internal and external partners, understanding their needs and value drivers, and maintaining effective communication to ensure alignment and deliver outcomes
Leads the assessment, prioritization, and execution of incoming requests to maximize value and ensure alignment with defined objectives
Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates complex contracts
Fosters engagement with key internal and external partners, understanding their needs and value drivers, and maintaining effective communication to ensure alignment
Partner with IT teams, and business stakeholders to help deliver IT Infrastructure initiatives and projects
Recommends options for improving processes and solutions in areas of responsibility, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency, reliability, and financial value

Required

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
Experienced in network infrastructure technologies and support
Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Experienced in application management, developing roadmaps and support
Experienced in User Communication, Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Experienced in SAP or other ERP systems
Experience in manufacturing operations environment

Benefits

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
