Process Manager, Principal Coordinator (Hybrid)
Capital One is a leading financial services company, and they are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Principal Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining internal reporting practices, gathering data, and supporting real-time incident alerting and stakeholder communication.

Monitor and maintain team communication channels

Support stakeholder communication and collaboration
Capture and refine data related to technical incidents
Prepare and organize reporting and slides for business reviews and analysis
Innovate and drive solutions to reduce or resolve frequent technical issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 6 months of Process Improvement Experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of process management experience
BPM, Lean or Six Sigma certification
