Senior Sales Manager
Sach Foods is the #1 retail paneer brand in the U.S., sold in over 4,000 stores nationwide. They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive national growth and new product launches while working closely with the CEO and senior sales leadership.

Responsibilities
Drive national growth across retail, foodservice, and club channels
Support expansion from 2 products to 5+ products, including new launches
Work directly with top-tier retailers and national foodservice partners
Partner with brokers and distributors to execute national rollouts
Build and manage a pipeline using modern tools (Airtable, CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, AI-assisted outreach)
Identify and pursue creative, unconventional growth opportunities
Pitch and present with strong storytelling and data-driven narratives
Coordinate category reviews, launches, pricing, and onboarding
Travel approximately once per month
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of sales experience in CPG, food & beverage, or adjacent industries
Experience working with brokers, distributors, and large customers
Strong presenter and storyteller — confident pitching products and vision
Tech-savvy, organized, and analytical in how you manage pipelines
Hungry and proactive, while patient and thoughtful in building relationships
Preferred
You've started a company, side venture, or independent project
Live in the SF Bay Area
Have existing relationships within the retailers/distribution ecosystem
