Responsibilities
Lead endtoend MLOps lifecycle management including model training validation deployment monitoring and maintenance
Develop and maintain robust LLMOps workflows supporting largescale generative AI applications
Mentor junior team members on Python programming data science and machine learning concepts
Identify and implement AI and machine learning solutions to address complex AIOps challenges
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies during AI model development and deployment
Collaborate closely with data engineers data scientists and IT teams to ensure seamless AI model integration and operationalization
Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI Engineering best practices to stakeholders and clients
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of experience in AI Engineering
Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing MLOps and GenAI solutions leveraging Python and machine learning
Ability to design and develop scalable MLOps pipelines to automate and streamline machine learning workflows
Utilization of GenAI techniques specifically LLMOps to build and enhance large language model applications
Proficiency in Python programming for data science tasks including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development
Implementation of machine learning methodologies tailored for AIOps to improve IT operations through predictive analytics and automation
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes
Staying updated with the latest AI engineering advancements and incorporating best practices to improve model performance and reliability
Experimentation with new AI tools, frameworks, and algorithms to drive innovation within the AI Engineering domain
Leading end-to-end MLOps lifecycle management including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Development and maintenance of robust LLMOps workflows supporting large-scale generative AI applications
Mentoring junior team members on Python programming, data science, and machine learning concepts
Identifying and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to address complex AIOps challenges
Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies during AI model development and deployment
Collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure seamless AI model integration and operationalization
Providing technical expertise and guidance on AI Engineering best practices to stakeholders and clients
