Electronic Engineer
Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic products
Perform test and validation of assembled products in line with established quality control procedures
Work closely with R&D to provide feedback on design improvements and enhance production quality control systems
Develop new modules for production test systems
Create clear repair manuals and train technicians on repair procedures
Actively support and comply with quality improvement programs
Identify recurring issues, determine root causes, and propose corrective actions
Report findings to Manufacturing and Product Development teams to drive product and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in electronic design, development, troubleshooting, and repair
Strong background in PCB rework, fault diagnosis, and electronic repair
High level of manual dexterity and precision when handling small and fine-pitch electronic components
Solid understanding of electronic schematics and circuit theory
Proven experience with PCB rework on SMD components, including fine-pitch packages (microscope and de-soldering station use)
Preferred
Soldering certification desirable but not essential
Competent in fault finding using oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, multimeters, and related test equipment
Good working knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) systems and antenna design
