Responsibilities
Contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance the employee IT support experience
Triage escalated support tickets and engage the appropriate Tier 2 technical teams
Partner with upstream technical teams on cross-functional initiatives
Adhere to established procedures and processes for restaurant support operations
Investigate technical issues and recommend practical solutions
Assist in developing reports and performing support trend analysis
Coordinate with vendor/technical partners to support restaurant operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Basis understanding of ticketing systems and support practices, or willingness to learn
Good time management skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
