Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively
Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triaging phone calls
Administer calendar and schedule management
Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required
Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration
Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Three years of office experience
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
Preferred
Associate's Degree
Typing proficiency of 35 wpm with accuracy
Fluency in Microsoft Office (with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
