Responsibilities
Lead pricing, analytics, forecasting, and commercial excellence initiatives
Ensure decisions are data-driven, profitable, and aligned with strategic objectives
Take ownership of pricing governance, forecasting accuracy, and commercial analytics
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years' commercial experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing and commercial strategies
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organisations
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Experience driving change, continuous improvement, and productivity
Knowledge of aerospace heat treatment processes and materials
Familiarity with aerospace, ASME, ASM, and military specifications
Strategic and data-driven, with strong commercial acumen
Collaborative and influential, able to unite diverse teams behind a shared vision
Culturally agile, comfortable operating across multiple regions and time zones
