Technical Process & Quality Analyst
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Technical Process & Quality Analyst to focus on analyzing, optimizing, and documenting complex manufacturing processes and quality controls. The role involves supporting production efficiency and managing New Product Introductions from concept to mass production.
Responsibilities
Introducing new products to manufacturing and managing the transition to mass production, acting as a liaison between engineering and operations
Conduct process and quality audits on production lines, including visual and physical product inspections
Analyze samples, perform time, and motion studies to support line balancing and efficiency improvements
Prepare and update process documentation, including LOB, procedures, SFC, training materials, and layouts, often using AutoCAD
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data, frequently using SAP
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Develop action plans for production issues and apply quality tools for root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa/Fishbone, FMEA, 8D)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of quality tools such as PDCA, FMEA, and 8D
Advanced knowledge/certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
