They are looking for an experienced leader to provide testimony in construction disputes, supporting various legal proceedings related to major infrastructure and energy projects.

Responsibilities
Acting as Expert Witness in formal proceedings, including deposition and trial/arbitration testimony
Preparing expert reports addressing issues such as:
Schedule delay and disruption
Critical path analysis (CPM)
Cost overruns and damages
Standard of care and professional negligence
Productivity loss and acceleration
Reviewing project records, schedules, cost data, and correspondence
Working closely with legal counsel to define issues and opinions
Defending opinions under cross-examination with confidence and credibility
Qualification
Required
Proven expert testimony experience in construction-related disputes
Strong background in one or more of the following: Schedule delay analysis (CPM, windows, TIA, as-built analysis, etc.)
Construction cost, quantum, or damages analysis
Standard of care assessments for contractors, designers, or construction managers
Experience on large, complex construction projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present technical issues clearly to tribunals, judges, and juries
Preferred
Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent
Prior experience with major claims, arbitrations, or litigation matters
Background in consulting, forensics, or dispute resolution
Experience across infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or energy sectors
