Oversee all aspects of the customer experience within the studio environment
Engage with customers and generate leads
Guide customers through the design process and obtain sign-offs
Coordinate pre-installation activities and ensure successful delivery and installation of products
Lead and coach the studio team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
Uphold studio presentation standards and ensure process compliance
Embody company values and inspire the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in team management, as an assistant, department or general manager
Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving them to reach goals
Experience in a sales focused, target driven retail environment
Ability to travel for training and development
Preferred
Kitchen or relevant industry experience
