Responsibilities
Own service, placement, renewal strategy, and business development for a complex assigned book of business
Drive retention and growth for assigned house accounts through proactive relationship management and strategic planning
Lead renewal strategy end-to-end, including claims reviews, gap analysis, exposure evaluation, market selection, and coverage design
Manage marketing and placement activities by negotiating with carriers, reviewing proposals, writing executive summaries, and facilitating binding for new and renewal business
Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal teams, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and expectations are met
Identify and execute cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities; support producers on new business pursuits and RFP presentations
Build and maintain strong carrier and wholesaler relationships to secure optimal coverage terms and long-term market alignment
Implement the 'Fewer & Stronger' market consolidation strategy to leverage buying power and deliver stronger outcomes for clients
Qualification
Required
Hold Insurance licenses as required by the Company
7+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business
Deep technical knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, & self-insured retentions programs
