Document Controller
Parsons is anticipating the need for a Document Controller to join their team and support a complex infrastructure project on-site in Dublin. In this role, you will support PMO and Assurance teams with all aspects of document storage, sharing, and protocol, acting as a key point of contact for documentation queries.

Responsibilities
Monitor creation, tracking, and storage of documents in a centralized repository
Develop and refine version control protocols
Track revisions and maintain accuracy and consistency of document versions
Manage distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure documentation complies with policies, standards, and regulations
Implement and regulate access rights
Support document review and approval processes
Maintain records of document history and logs
Generate reports on document status and compliance
Identify opportunities to improve document management processes
Support and guide junior document controllers
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years' experience in document control on infrastructure or construction projects
Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices
Strong experience in document control relating to compliance and quality
Experience working with document management systems and databases
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document control systems
Knowledge of project management principles
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Project Management or Business Administration
PMP and/or Certified Document Controller (CDC) certification
