Responsibilities
Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies across all hospitality business units
Designs and manages promotional campaigns and branded materials for digital and print channels
Manages website content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall digital presence
Coordinates social media scheduling, content creation, engagement, and analytics tracking
Captures photography and short-form video content to support marketing initiatives
Generates and qualifies leads for weddings, events, group bookings, and corporate activities
Documents and enters qualified leads into CRM system with full lead detail
Conducts outbound prospecting to corporate planners, travel agents, golf leagues, and related audiences
Develops and maintains compelling event and banquet collateral, including menus and promotional materials, to support sales follow-up and guest communications
Communicates lead status and details clearly to ensure effective sales handoff
Monitors marketing analytics, competitor activity, and market trends to support performance reporting
Represents the organization at community events, expos, and tourism meetings
Supports cross-functional teams in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Other duties, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, business, communications, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality marketing, inside sales, or event sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid working knowledge of CRM systems and hospitality lead funnels
Solid working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and search engine optimization (SEO)
Comprehensive knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe
Solid working knowledge of social media management and analytics tools
Comprehensive communication and presentation skills
Solid organizational, planning, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
