Guest Experience and Event Operations Seasonal Assistant
Ilitch Companies, through its subsidiary Detroit Tigers, is seeking a Guest Experience and Event Operations Seasonal Assistant. This role involves assisting with guest experience operations, event planning and execution, and various administrative duties during baseball games and special events.

Responsibilities
Game Day assignments – concourse set-up, safety and cleanliness walk-through, Guest Experience preparation work, crowd control, and event staff supervision
Special event set-up and coverage
Work alongside leadership to support event staff scheduling and supervision
Daily safety and security walk-through of ballpark
Assist with daily administrative duties of Event Operations and Guest Experience departments
Complete season specific projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads
Assist other departments as necessary including but not limited to; in-game promotions, field ceremonies, marketing, security, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sports administration, operations, event management, recreation/facility management). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be reliable, detailed, and efficient
Preferred
Customer service experience preferred
