Responsibilities
Support day-to-day account operations across multiple clients and projects
Assist Account Managers and senior team members with timelines, deliverables, and meeting preparation
Help manage project status, budgets, and scopes, ensuring work stays on track
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and, when appropriate, clients
Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and creator teams to ensure smooth execution
Contribute to creative and strategic thinking on social-first campaigns
Track feedback, next steps, and action items to keep momentum moving
Learn NewGen’s ways of working and grow your responsibilities as the agency scales
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfort using project management tools
Eager to learn and grow
Ability to support day-to-day account operations across multiple clients and projects
Assist Account Managers and senior team members with timelines, deliverables, and meeting preparation
Help manage project status, budgets, and scopes, ensuring work stays on track

Preferred
1+ years' experience in an agency, marketing, or client services role
Strong interest in social media, creators, and internet culture
Familiarity with social platforms, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Experience supporting campaigns or projects in a fast-paced environment
Interest in gaming and gaming creators (a plus)
A proactive, can-do attitude
